Holiday Inn Express London - Luton Airport by IHG

I generally don't leave reviews, but i think its worth it. We went for a short trip to UK, it was family of 4. We went to Luton town center. None of which pleasant. We did get to to places for food and it was not good. So Hotel is nice for what it is. Staff when we visited was brilliant. Food in a hotel was way better than an actual restaurants down in town that we went. it is very close to airport. Overall our one day stay was pleasant.

Great base for using the airport. Close by and easily walkable although it took me a good 15-20 minutes with heavy cases. The room was clean and modern. The bar was open until late and breakfast served early. The only downside was the reception staff. The person that checked me in was overall chatty, more than just friendly and then kept asking personal questions. Later when I needed reception again 2 ladies were too busy talking about nails to acknowledge me. Overall a good stay.

They also offer great deals that include parking. Breakfast was really nice and even had jars of Marmite! The staff were very attentive, the rooms were clean and modern, and the hotel had all the facilities you could need. I stay in a lot of hotels, but this one really stood out for its excellent value for money.

4* class hotel. Compared to others on the vicinity, this is my fave by a mile. Really nice hotel. Loses a star because the stairs from the bus stop are horrendous if you have a suitcase, and the bathrooms in the room have 1ply toilet paper. Everything else is really good, I'd stay here again when flying from Luton. I'm literally next door to the elevator and can't hear a thing, and when I checked in, Dean is a world class manager. Little things like that make a difference, and the staff should be rewarded, thank you!

Basic but great for a short 1-2 nights stay 10 min walk from the airport. I normally don’t fly from Luton but when I do, I stay at this hotel. Decent breakfast selection (maybe you should include more chocolate desert options )

It was very nice, the food was delicious especially the fries but the meat was not cold but really hard to chew. I think the food gets reheated? The room was nice. The big bed was really comfortable, but the smaller one was really hard and low. Service was very nice, even though it was new year’s eve. Everyone was energetic and fast. The parking was originally £50 but with the discount £25, i was kind of shocked with the first price. The location is good if u have a flight in the morning, but i went to this hotel because i’m doing a road trip. I went to multiple hotels but this hotel might’ve been the best one yet. Definitely recommended

I lodged as a layover for my trip back to Glasgow. It was a good sized room and loved the dove bath essentials in the bathroom. No fridge though but the room had a mini bar. Dinner was up to 10pm and with some options past 10pm. The check in was fast but I didn't have time to explore the hotel as I was knackered from my trip. I will go again if I have a long layover at Luton airport.

This exceeded my expectations so much! I loved our stay. I loved how great the staff was, super friendly and helpful. And the fact that we could take breakfast in a bag at the crack of dawn (actually way before) was chefs kiss and super helpful. Was such a great experience, will definitely come back
